If I was playing against someone who had Black Dragons, I'd first make sure I was playing Tower. Then I'd bring along a host of Titans, in separate stacks, Expert Blessed or Hasted (Cyra would be perfect for this), and blast the hell out of as many of those dragons as I could before they eat everything up.
