I found Mensa No scores were a bit high compared to my psychologist test but still fairly accurate (within 5 points). This may not be very helpful but my guess is that you are in the 125-135 range based on these scores and assigning less weight to your psych test based on the factors that you mentioned.

The results said I had a good chance at passing a proper mensa IQ test, I'm assuming it said the same for you, not sure what that correlates to though. Just commenting because I have the same question. 31/33, I've tested around the 99-99.5% on every test I've done though, and already a member.
