If you're interested in a light norn class and not specifically mesmer, I actually think norn elementalist fits the lore all right. Being a nuke-y dps class still fits the directness of the race, and lightning hammer probably fits norn best. Most of the racial attunement dialog is usually very simple "Fire!" and "Air!"

Aside from that i have a norn and an asura. But they don't have much time on them. I did before all the personal histories of all races, i think i missed one story quest option (not branch. only one instance), but thats it. Looked back around two times, no point on other races if i don't like them.
Yeah, I had made 6 races for people to play as (Charr, Tengu, Human, Norn, Asura, and Golem) I kept to just these because our timeline was closer to GW 1 than GW2. But that's as far as I got.
